Principal's Message
Dear Meairs Families,
At Meairs, our focus remains on creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where every student feels valued, heard, and supported. Our school motto—Be Responsible, Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Your Best!—guides our daily actions and reflects our commitment to strong character, positive behavior, and high expectations for all learners.
As we wrap up the first trimester, I am proud to share that we’ve had an outstanding start to the school year. Meairs was recognized as a Gold-Level PBIS School, a reflection of our staff’s dedication and our students’ commitment to demonstrating positive behavior every day. Our fall after-school clubs were also a great success, offering students opportunities to explore new interests, build friendships, and learn in fun, engaging ways. Thank you to our families, staff, and community for your continued support. I look forward to building on this momentum as we head into the next trimester—let’s keep up the great work, Meairs Eagles!
This year, we are excited to continue strengthening our academic programs with an emphasis on AVID strategies and expanded opportunities for career-connected learning. We also look forward to deepening both student and family engagement—because education is a journey we take together.
Communication is key. Please stay connected by checking ParentSquare, our weekly newsletter, and the school website for updates on events, policies, and resources. You can also follow our school Instagram pages for highlights from campus life. Be sure your contact information is current in the Aeries Parent Portal so you receive timely notifications.
We are here to support you. Our office staff is always ready to assist, and our community liaisons offer translation services, family resources, and connections to support programs:
